General

All information, including pricing, is correct at the time of publishing but may change without notice.

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. All treatments are subject to a thorough consultation, including medical history and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if deemed inappropriate.

Booking Fee

A 20% booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

This fee is redeemable toward your treatment or product on the day of your appointment only.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Changes & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior without penalty

  • Changes within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your booking fee

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend will result in 100% of the treatment fee being charged

Credit Policy

  • Fees paid due to late cancellations or no-shows can be used as credit if you rebook and attend within 14 days

  • Credits expire after 14 days

Treatment Fees

Treatment pricing may vary depending on individual needs, practitioner expertise, and treatment plan.

You are under no obligation to proceed after your consultation. However:

  • A $150 consultation fee applies if you choose not to proceed

Some treatments require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable within 2 weeks of the appointment.

Packages & Promotions

  • All packages must be used within the specified timeframe

  • Packages are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients

  • Packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

Payments

Payment is required at the time of service via cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or Afterpay.

Outstanding balances will incur 5% monthly interest, compounded monthly, and may be referred to debt collection if unpaid.

Refund Policy

All treatments and products are non-refundable.

Results are not guaranteed, and individual responses vary. We will always aim to achieve the best possible outcome but cannot guarantee specific results.

Clinic Policies

  • Only clients with appointments may attend the clinic

  • Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show at practitioner discretion

  • We reserve the right to cease treatment or the client relationship at any time

Medical Responsibility

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and changes in condition.

If treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed or changed conditions, a $100 consultation fee may apply.

Laser & Advanced Treatments

Clients must avoid tanning for at least 4 weeks prior to laser treatments.

Failure to comply may result in postponement and a consultation fee.

Conduct Policy

Rêve Skin + Beauty has a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Abuse, threats, or harassment

  • Racism or discriminatory behaviour

Any breach will result in immediate termination of the client relationship.

Photography

Clinical photography is part of standard procedure.

Images will only be used for marketing purposes with explicit client consent.
